The SIMAR Project is an EU-funded initiative that aims to revolutionize pipe inspections at height by integrating a wide range of advanced technologies and robotics. The key elements within the SIMAR ecosystem are MOVE, SUPPORT, and UNDERSTAND.
The project is transforming pipe inspections at height by combining advanced robotics, AI for damage detection, Augmented Reality for pilots, and 3D mission planning and data analysis. Quasset provides key 3D and AR technologies.
Through collaboration with asset owners, companies, and universities, the project innovates the entire inspection workflow. This results in reduced inspection time, improved safety, and the delivery of accurate, actionable data.
Quasset is involved as an industrial partner and technology provider in the SIMAR Project to address the challenge of inspecting pipes at height.
