This proof of concept brings together digital workflows with real-time collaboration between field technicians and remote experts, combining four key elements from the Quasset digital toolbox: mixed reality, digital workflows, 3D/4D digital twins and real-time communication. This solution fosters communication between engineers and technicians, allowing them to collaborate while in different locations. It also provides them with digital solutions which can enhance inspection processes, including digital workflows and 3D/4D digital twins of facilities and equipment. This innovative support system between field technicians and remote experts increases efficiency, improves safety, and reduces errors.
