Quasset strengthens Innovation Team
We are pleased to announce the recent hiring of Ash Menon and Bulent Kaplan, who will be strengthening Quasset’s innovation team.
In March, Ash Menon joined Quasset as a project engineer, responsible for the planning and execution of innovation projects within the oil and gas industry. These projects are centered around developing, testing and validating solutions to improve asset integrity management, involving technologies such as non-destructive testing, robotics, virtual and augmented reality, and data analytics. Prior to working at Quasset, Ash worked for one of Australia’s largest oil and gas operators, Woodside Energy, as a Reservoir Engineer, where she built quantitative tools and recommended key improvements to the field management strategy to maximize recovery. She has also gained significant operational experience through planning and executing multiple offshore projects to improve asset integrity & optimise production. Through her current role as a project engineer at Quasset, Ash will be able to leverage the skills and experiences she has gained in the industry to enhance the value of existing assets.

Bulent Kaplan is Quasset’s new technology and business consultant, focusing on innovation projects and product development. With more than 15 years of experience in industrial robotics and technical sales, Bulent brings a wealth of expertise to Quasset. He also has a strong software development background, as well as experience in 3D simulation, materials handling and factory automation. Before working for Quasset, Bulent was Director of Sales and Business Development at Dedem Mechatronics, the leading intralogistics solutions provider in Turkey. He successfully opened up new international markets for the company, gaining many new global customers, and managed the sales team to optimize training and developmental needs.
Bulent Kaplan remarked:
