Quasset welcomes business development and integrity management consultant Steven Trevino
Quasset is excited to announce a new addition to the team: business development and integrity management consultant Steven Trevino. Steven brings wealth of knowledge from the industry and a high level of professionalism that will clearly contribute to the continued growth of Quasset.
Steven’s primary responsibilities will focus on the development, implementation and validation of innovations to improve asset integrity management, such as digitalization, robotics, permanent monitoring and business process improvement for public and industrial infrastructure. He will also be supporting a portfolio of activities for the SPRINT Robotics Collaborative, a global industry-driven initiative that is accelerating the market readiness of robotic solutions for inspection and maintenance.

Prior to joining Quasset, Steven worked at Diakont Advanced Technologies as Business Development and Corporate Strategy Manager, where he was responsible for opening and managing the regional office co-located in the PRCI Technology Development Center in Houston, Texas. He has worked for the Pipeline Research Council International, Inc. (PRCI) as Program Manager for the Integrity and Inspection committee, as well as for Oceaneering, where he provided operational support as a Mechanical Integrity Engineer and Subsea Applications Engineer for onshore and offshore facilities. Within Oceaneering’s Asset Integrity division, Steven worked on new product development, providing technical and product expertise to support customers as well as training the sales staff. Steven is offshore-qualified and spent one year in a rotational development program in Norway supporting the Oceaneering North Sea customer base.
Steven is a 2010 graduate of Texas A&M with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Executive Advisory Committee for Robotics in Inspection and Maintenance, National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) Executive Advisory Committee for Robotic Corrosion Technology, as well as serving as a Coordinator for the American Petroleum Institute’s (API) Inspection and Mechanical Integrity Summit.
