Quasset appoints Ferdinand Ubanos as Chief Financial Officer
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Ferdinand Ubanos as Quasset’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective February 1, 2020. In addition to his role as CFO, he will also be General Manager of the Quasset Philippines office and join the Quasset management team.
With 20+ years of extensive experience and expertise in corporate operations, financial planning, and forecasting, auditing, and management, Mr. Ubanos brings a demonstrated history of working in technology and consumer electronics industries. Prior to his appointment at Quasset, he was Chief Financial Officer at Cortex Technologies Corporation, a company focused on emerging technology and innovative products and services. He also served as Concepcion Midea’s Finance Director, as well as Business Unit Controller-Asia Pacific at Applus RTD, an international inspection company that carries out a wide range of advanced non-destructive testing, inspection and asset integrity services.
