Encouraging awareness for diversity and equality: Quasset supports the Diversity Challenge
Between the four Quasset offices, we have 10 different nationalities and speak 8 foreign languages. Varying cultural influences and perspectives are valuable assets to us. Embracing diversity and equality within our team leads to better problem solving, creative solutions, and creates positive impact.
To encourage awareness for diversity and equality, we are supporting the Diversity Challenge, an initiative launched by Rotary Club Hilversum International in the Netherlands. Members of the Quasset team designed the Diversity Challenge logo, website and provided the website text.
The Diversity Challenge draws attention to DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), also contributing to one of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): Gender Equality & Reduce Inequality.
Participating in the Diversity Challenge is easy and at your own pace!
What do you do? Run, walk or bike any time between September 25th – October 5th
How far do I have to run, walk or bike? Choose your own distance. You can get it done in one day or spread your kilometers over the course of the challenge duration.
How can I share with others I’m taking on the challenge? When you sign up you get your own personalized bib. Share the news on social media and forward the registration website on to your colleagues, friends and family!
Does it cost anything? The Diversity Challenge is free. None of the sign up data will be retained after your personalized bib is made. The aim is to create awareness for diversity, equity and inclusion.
How to join and support the Diversity Challenge
1. Go to diversitychallenge.eu/ and sign up!
2. Download your bib
3. Share on your social channels that you’ll be participating
