Peter Voorhans joins Quasset as Senior International Project Manager

Quasset is excited to announce a new addition to the team: Peter Voorhans. In his role as Senior International Project Manager, Voorhans will manage a portfolio of Quasset innovation projects, focusing on the development, implementation and validation of solutions to improve asset integrity management and safety. Additionally, he will also be coordinating activities for the SPRINT Robotics Collaborative, a global, industry-driven initiative that is accelerating the market readiness of robotic solutions for inspection and maintenance.
An experienced leader with a demonstrated history of working in the chemicals industry, Voorhans brings a wealth of industry knowledge to Quasset. His background in innovation projects and robotics are valuable assets in developing safe, efficient and reliable solutions that bring value to clients. Prior to Quasset, Voorhans was employed for nearly 33 years by the Dow Chemical Company in roles ranging from Plant Engineer and EH&S Delivery Leader, Maintenance Leader, Site Maintenance and EMEAI Technical Support Leader to most recently Technical Support Global Improvement Principal. His fields of expertise include Manufacturing, Process Optimization, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS). Voorhans received a BSc in Chemical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Hogeschool Brabant and Leading Operational Excellence from MIT (Massachusetts University of Technology) in Cambridge in the United States.
